We had a good rehearsal polishing The Gaelic Blessing and going through the National Anthem (harmony) plus a run through of Our Lord and Father of Mankind (unison) and O Valiant Hearts at the end - in 4 fine voices. There were 22 attendees - 8 sops 6 altos 3 tenor and 4 basses. As a reminder the uniform for Southwark is for ladies all black outfits with a poppy to be worn on left hand side but no scarf and for men a red tie, black shirt and trousers and if possible a black jacket too. Men are also to wear a poppy on left hand side. Hope to see as a good gathering on Saturday to really finish off and perfect the music and there will be an hour next Tuesday 5 November just to polish off any rough edges.
